How do I know if you received my order?
All successfully placed orders are verified within 24 hours. An SMS/Email confirmation will be sent to confirm your orders.

Is there a shipping fee?

  • For Metro Manila, select Rizal areas, Bacoor, Imus and Dasmariñas Cavite, San Fernando, Mabalacat and Angeles Pampanga, Bauan, San Pascual and Batangas City, delivery is FREE for orders P1,499 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P50 only.
  • For provincial areas, delivery is FREE for orders P2,499 and up, otherwise, we charge a standard rate of P88 only.
  • For same day delivery, we charge a standard rate of P75 for orders below P1,499.
  • Note: Additional fee will be charged for bulky items regardless of the order amount.

How long before my orders get delivered?

Standard shipping

  • Metro Manila and select Rizal areas – 1 to 3 days lead time
  • Provincial areas – 3 to 14 days lead time

Same day delivery

  • Applicable to Metro Manila, select Rizal areas, Angeles, Mabalacat, San Fernando Pampanga and Imus, Dasmariñas and Bacoor Cavite only
  • Orders placed until 5:00 PM will be delivered on the same day
  • SMS notification will be sent once order is about to be delivered
  • Payment methods available are bank deposit, BDO bills payment, online credit/debit card and GCash payments only.
  • COD is not applicable as of the moment for same day delivery.
  • Note: Same day delivery option is automatically deactivated on the site after the 5:00 PM and will be activated by 12 midnight.

Disclaimer: Delivery lead time and cutoff may change during sale periods or when there is a surge in order or inclement weather.

Do you accept item replacements?
Yes, the following replacement and refund policy below is exclusive to Southstar Drug online orders only.
For any replacement concerns, kindly send an email to customercare@southstardrug.com.ph Our dedicated customer service will get back to you within 24 hours.

Requests for replacement are only valid if:

  • The product delivered is damaged.
  • The product is expired.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the one posted on the site.

Replacement shall not be accepted unless customer strictly complies with the following conditions:

  • The item to be replaced is duly supported by a receipt covering the sale of the replaced goods.
  • The items were returned for replacement within seven (7) days from receipt of product with complete tags and labels, with no defect or damage, in its original box, unopened and untampered except for goods with visible factory defect or were clearly expired. Refund of order is subject for approval of management.

Can I pay using cash?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for orders within Metro Manila, Rizal and select areas of Pampanga namely Mabalacat, Angeles and San Fernando only. We highly encourage you to prepare the exact amount of payment.

Can I pay using my debit or credit card?
Yes, you may pay via debit/credit card online. Major credit cards are now accepted. Please note that we will only charge you based on the tape receipt that will be attached to your order upon delivery. The amount shown upon checkout will only be authorized to Southstar Drug and will not be charged immediately. This means that your issuing bank will set aside the authorized amount until Southstar Drug confirms the final amount of payment based on the actual items delivered or tape receipt. The adjustment between the authorized and final amount will be processed within 7 to 30 banking days or depending on your issuing bank.

Can I pay via bank deposit or transfer?
Yes, payment via bank deposit or transfer to our Robinsons Bank account is also accepted for orders nationwide. Please wait for our advice before you transfer your payment. SMS will be sent to you with the total amount to be deposited with complete bank details.

Can I pay via GCash?
Yes. GCash via Paymongo is available on our site. Please note that any adjustments on Senior Citizen / PWD discounts will be processed via GCash refund in 3 to 5 banking days.

Can I pay via BDO bills payment?
Yes. BDO bills payment is available via over-the-counter at the nearest BDO branch in your area or via personal online banking. Please wait for our advice before you settle your payment. Our Customer Service Representatives will get in touch with you for the final amount and bank account details.


Do you require prescriptions?
Yes, all orders of prescription medicines should be accompanied by a valid prescription. You may directly upload your prescription on the site and our dedicated pharmacist will validate and contact you if necessary.

Do you give Senior Citizen / PWD discount?
Senior Citizen and PWD discounts are now being offered to qualified customers. Documents such as Senior Citizen/PWD ID, booklet and valid prescriptions are required to avail the discount. Please note that the discount will not be automatically applied upon checkout. Final discounted amount will be sent via email or SMS once we have validated your submitted requirements.

How do I subscribe to this program?
  1. Fill out the form with your details.
  2. Upload your prescription, if applicable.
  3. Upload your Senior Citizen / PWD documents, if applicable.
  4. Click the Subscribe button on the form.
  5. Our Customer Service Representative will contact you for verification.
  6. Wait for the delivery.
How do I pay for my subscription?

You will not be required to pay the whole duration of your preferred subscription. Payment will be done every delivery and you may pay via bank transfer, GCash and online credit card.

For bank transfer, our Customer Service Representative will send you the details at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery. You must send a proof of payment via email or Viber at least 1 day before your scheduled delivery.

For online credit card and GCash payment, an invoice will be sent to you via email. A link will be provided so you can easily pay via credit card.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription can be cancelled anytime. Just send us an email request at marisol.famisan@southstardrug.com.ph at least 3 days before your scheduled delivery.
